How does the Pro Credit work?

You pay $4,997 for Pro. Once your audit is delivered and analyst-reviewed, if you decide to upgrade to Managed within 30 days, we email you a direct Stripe link for Managed Month 1 at the full $9,997 rate with your Pro Credit ($4,997) automatically applied — you pay $5,000 net.

Managed is $9,997/mo from month 2 onwards. You can cancel with 30 days' notice at any point. The credit makes the Pro audit effectively free when you commit to execution.

Who writes the prompts?

The pipeline does, using Claude and category signals. You provide your domain, 5 competitors, and a description. The system generates 150 commercial prompts across 5 topic clusters: category leadership, direct alternatives, buyer-intent comparisons, use-case fit, and pricing and procurement. On Pro, we share the prompt list before we run the engines — if you want to add, remove, or swap prompts, you can.

What AI engines are queried?

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, and Google AI Overviews. Each prompt is run 9 times per engine to control for response variance. Total 6,750 logged responses (150 × 5 × 9).

Can you audit non-English markets?

Yes. English (US and UK) by default. French, German, Spanish, Dutch, and Italian markets on request — same methodology, prompts engineered natively rather than translated. Add $997 per additional market.

For languages outside Latin-script Europe, reach out — we'll quote based on data availability in that language.

What's excluded from Pro?

Implementation. Pro is diagnostic plus strategic plan. If you want Marketing Signals to execute the plan — SEO fixes, Digital PR campaigns, content work, technical implementation — that's Managed.

Also excluded: a live debrief call. Pro is intentionally automated so it stays at $4,997. A 60-minute debrief with Gareth is available as a $497 add-on — book it after the report lands.

What if my audit doesn't surface anything useful?

Rare — maybe 1 in 20 audits. When it happens we say so clearly in the report rather than padding it with noise. If you genuinely feel your Pro audit didn't deliver $4,997 of insight, we'll refund in full. We've refunded twice to date.
